Introduction to Resin Dosing Supply System

Equipment function, composition and working principle:

Function--

As an auxiliary equipment in the continuous winding production line, Resin Dosing Supply System is designed for the rationing supply of resin and catalyst. Controlled by PLC, the amount of resin and catalyst are of close-loop control and can be reflected on line.

Composition--

It mainly consists of resin dosing tanks, catalyst dosing tanks, pipeline, weighing device and electrical control system.

Working principle--

Via membrane pump, resin transferred from mixing tank is pumped into resin doing tanks for liner and structure. Catalyst is transferred into the catalyst dosing tanks by catalyst pump. Then, according to the actual production amount, resin and catalyst are pumped separately into the mixers above and sprayed onto the mould. In this way, rationing transfer of resin and catalyst will be done.
