RMTS树脂储存搅拌罐介绍
树脂储存搅拌罐设备功能、组成及原理：
设备功能：
RMTS树脂搅拌罐是CFW连续缠绕制管生产线上辅助设备，用于树脂储存以及树脂和促进剂搅拌。
设备组成：
其由搅拌罐体、平台、过滤器、加热器、管路、树脂泵、称重及电气控制系统等机构组成。
工作原理：
树脂搅拌罐通过树脂泵将树脂打入搅拌罐内，根据打入罐内树脂量加入一定比例促进剂然后开启搅拌电机，待两种介质搅拌均匀后树脂通过管路在重力作用下流入树脂过滤器、热交换器，经过滤、加热后泵送到树脂定量供给系统。树脂搅拌罐内的树脂量在计算机屏幕显示、报警。

Function--
As an auxiliary equipment in the continuous winding production line, Resin Mix and Transfer System is designed for the resin storage and the mix and transfer of resin and catalyst.
Composition--
It mainly consists of mixing tanks, platform, filters, heaters, pipeline, resin pumps, weighing device and electrical control system.
Working principle--
Resin is pumped into the mixing tanks by resin pumps and then added catalyst of certain proportion. Start the mix motor. Resin, after a complete mix with catalyst, flows into resin filters and tubular heat exchangers under gravity. Finally, it is transferred to the resin dosing system. Resin mixing tanks are all equipped with weighing device which will help to find whether the resin in the tanks is under a certain amount by warning and displaying on the computer screen.
