PTT管道运输小车介绍
设备功能、组成及原理：
设备功能
管道运输小车是连续管道生产线上辅助设备用于缠绕主机与水压机之间或管道堆场之间的管道输送
设备组成
主要由运输小车车架、管道翻转装置 、行走装置 、电控系统等机构组成 。
工作原理
从主机上生产出管道，经计重轨道滚到运输小车上，运输小车上的翻转装置自动翻转将管道翻转到运输小车中心，自动行走到水压测试机一侧，起动管道翻转装置、管道将滚入水压机的滚道上。完成管道运输工作后自动回到缠绕主机边等待运输下一根管道。
Introduction to Pipe Transport Trolley
Equipment function, composition and working principle:
Function--
As an auxiliary equipment in the continuous winding production line, Pipe Transport Trolley is designed for the pipe transport between winding machine and hydro-testing machine or pipe storage area.
Composition--
It mainly consists of trolley frame, pipe rotating device, running device and electrical control system.
Working principle--
Pipe, produced from winding machine, is rolled onto the transport trolley over weighing track. Then, pipe rotating device automatically turns over the pipe to the trolley center and the trolley runs to one side of hydro-testing machine. Start pipe rotating device again to turn over the pipe onto the track of testing machine. After finishing the transport, the trolley will automatically go back to the winding machine and await next pipe.
