Advantages of Continue Filament Winding Machine

The resin system of both liner and structure is no-cleaning type which is the international initiative technique.
The steel tape heating and heat preservation system will make the production much easier in winter (used for pipes over DN1500mm when room temperature is rather low).
Mandrel is whole forged, thermal treated and drilled with stepped holes in the center adopting material of 42CrMo. The mandrel diameter is increased from 360mm to 400mm. The stepped type can avoid the mandrel breaking problem resulting from welding technique.
The membrane pumps in resin dosing system are of LEWA (GERMANY); the resin will not generate heat in the output process and not be cured after short suspend production.
