CFW Series Continuous Filament Winding FRP Pipe Production Line
As one of Weide's flagship products, the CFW series boasts an exquisite manufacturing process. It precisely arranges continuous fibers, chopped strands, quartz sand, resin, and additives along the axial direction of a "continuous-loop steel belt winding mold" with preset accuracy in both positioning and dosage. Under advanced computer-controlled systems, the materials are precisely metered, layered, and rapidly cured via far-infrared heating to form pipes. Subsequent cutting, end trimming, and rigorous quality inspection ensure each pipe meets premium standards.
This unique process enables each rotation of the steel belt to form one pipe wall layer. Through dozens of such meticulously stacked layers-akin to 3D printing-the pipe wall is progressively reinforced. Abundant chopped fibers tightly integrate the liner, winding layers, and sand layers into a homogeneous structure under complete resin impregnation, delivering exceptional performance.
