Centrifugal casting FRP pipe production lines are an efficient and reliable pipe manufacturing technology. Its molding process combines advanced advances in materials science and mechanical engineering and is widely used in water supply and drainage, chemical processing, and industrial fluid transportation.

The core of this process is the use of centrifugal force to uniformly laminate glass fibers into a resin matrix. During production, a pre-formulated resin, curing agent, and filler are mixed in appropriate proportions and then introduced into a high-speed rotating metal mold. The mold is typically made of a high-temperature resistant alloy, and the interior is specially treated to ensure effective demolding. When the mold speed reaches the set value (usually hundreds to thousands of revolutions per minute), the mixture adheres tightly to the mold wall under the influence of centrifugal force, forming a dense layer structure through the oriented alignment of the fibers.

As the material gradually solidifies, the volatile components in the resin are fully expelled under the high temperature environment, while the glass fibers and the resin matrix undergo a cross-linking reaction, ultimately forming a pipe wall with high strength and corrosion resistance. This process allows for precise control of pipe wall thickness. A single-layer structure can generally meet most project requirements, but multi-layer lamination can be used to further enhance performance in specialized applications.

The advantages of the centrifugal casting process lie in its high degree of automation, excellent product consistency, and the smooth inner wall and low fluid resistance of the formed pipes. Compared with traditional hand lay-up processes, this technology significantly improves production efficiency and product quality consistency, becoming a key development direction in the field of modern composite pipe manufacturing. Through continuous optimization of mold design and process parameters, centrifugally cast FRP pipes are gradually expanding their application scenarios in harsh environments such as high pressure and high temperature.
