Composite winding equipment is core equipment for producing high-performance fiber-reinforced composite products. Its stable operation directly impacts product quality and production efficiency. To ensure long-term, reliable operation, effective maintenance measures are crucial.
Daily cleaning and inspection are the foundation of maintenance. After each use, promptly clean the equipment surface of contaminants such as resin residue and fiber debris to prevent corrosion of key components. Regularly check the lubrication status of transmission systems (such as motors, reducers, and chains) to ensure the oil level is normal. Refill or replace the lubricant promptly to prevent component wear due to dry friction.
Specialized maintenance of key components is essential. The winding head, as the core actuator, has a direct impact on product quality due to its accuracy. Regular calibration of the tension control system and rotation accuracy is required to prevent looseness or deviation that may disrupt fiber alignment. Hydraulic systems (such as those using hydraulic drives) should be inspected for seal deterioration and pipeline leaks, and the hydraulic oil should be replaced regularly to maintain system stability.
Maintenance of the electrical system is equally critical. Regularly check the wiring terminals in the control cabinet for loose connections and clean any dust to prevent short circuits. Monitor the sensitivity of sensors (such as tension sensors and displacement sensors) to ensure accurate feedback data. Furthermore, it's recommended to conduct a comprehensive performance test of the equipment every quarter, including parameters such as speed control accuracy and temperature uniformity, to promptly identify potential problems.
Preventive maintenance plans are an effective way to extend equipment life. Create detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance checklists, documenting each maintenance task and equipment status for easy traceability and analysis. For frequently used equipment, shorten maintenance intervals to ensure optimal working condition.
Standardized maintenance management not only reduces equipment failure rates but also significantly improves production efficiency and product consistency, providing reliable support for composite material production.
