Preparation before operation is crucial. First, check that the wrapping machine's film frame, turntable, and control system are functioning properly, ensure stable power supply voltage, and adjust the turntable spacing and film frame height according to the size of the goods. For irregular goods, it is recommended to secure the support points in advance to prevent shifting during wrapping.

Parameter settings directly impact packaging results. Select the appropriate wrapping speed and tension based on the weight and material of the goods. Light goods should use a low speed and low tension to prevent film breakage; heavy goods require higher tension to ensure a tight wrap. Also, the number of wrapping layers (usually 2-4) should be appropriately set to balance protection and cost control.

Attention to detail is crucial during operation. Before starting, secure the film to the bottom of the goods. Maintain a constant film feed speed during operation to avoid sudden acceleration that could cause film loosening or breakage. If film deviation occurs, fine-tune the film guide rod position to correct it. For delicate items, it's recommended to enable the pre-stretching function to reduce material waste and enhance cushioning performance.

Maintenance is essential for long-term, efficient operation. Regularly clean the turntable bearings and lubricate the guide rails, and inspect the electrical circuits for aging. After use, promptly clean any remaining film debris to prevent impurities from entering the mechanical components.

Through standardized operation and scientific maintenance, four-dimensional wrapping machines can significantly improve packaging quality, providing strong support for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
